  Thought that my hard drive was broken and that I needed to recover and replace the device. I did a search to find out what I should expect to pay and who might provide the service. The bid from IT Xpress came back as the lowest cost by far, so I brought my computer to them. IT Xpress ran a diagnosis, found the issue to be something else entirely. They fixed the problem at a cost far less than what I expected to pay for a recovery service, let alone a new hard drive. Lesson learned, don't assume. Take the computer to an expert. And I can think of no better an expert than Mike Baptiste the owner of IT Xpress. What I particularly appreciated about the service was after the repair was completed Mike did some clean up and corrected some setting to make certain that my computer ran better than before and would continue to run efficiently.

  Mike does a great job. Whenever I have an issue he is right on top of it. Fair prices and great service. I highly recommend heading his way if you need IT help.
