  Went to this store and found the Grantham which I really liked, but they didn't have black and none in my size. Mark was extremely helpful! I spoke with him on the phone and he ordered my size in black and had them in like 2 days. Unfortunately, this show runs a little narrow, so I need an E instead of a medium. No problem, Mark ordered them 1st quality from the factory. Great shoes, but outstanding customer service from Mark. I highly recommend Allen Edmonds shoes and this store. Go in and ask for Mark!
